The Bad
While some guests found their rooms to be clean (as mentioned above) several reviewers described cleanliness inconsistencies. Guests described dusty furnishings and appliances (such as the dresser, coffeemaker, and TV) and dirty carpeting. One reviewer said, "My son had his shoes off in the room and his feet were black in about 10 minutes". Another guest found the housekeeping to be "hit or miss".
Several guests were disturbed in their rooms by traffic noise and a couple of reviewers said that they were disrupted by sounds from neighbouring rooms.
A few reviewers complained that the elevators were slow and that they were often waiting long periods of time for the elevators to arrive.
