"The bed wasn't to comfortable and the coffee pot did not work with the coffee maker. But I must say I really liked the staff and the view was magnificent. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends.

"Check-in was slow and frustrating, aggrevated by a communication problem. Also, room was not ready yeat at 3:45 pm.
Suites were comfortable with full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Avoid the suites close to the elevator, which sounds like a frieght train passing through at night."

"the beds are my main complaint..they were way too firm (I realize everyones taste is different) but also you could feel the springs..a sure sign of a cheap bed...
the sofa bed was worse as the springs were even more obvious.. firmness was ok. but basically unusuitable for sleeping.
The next obvious thing was lack of cooking pots, esp. no pans...we called room service and fortunately they found us one. Also no dish soap or sponges.
Next would be there was plenty of closet space, but only 2 hangers...again we called and had some sent up..
I also specified a quiet room if possible, and it was ok, except you put us close to the ice machine which has a loud hum, and when people get ice it makes quit a racket...somethiing that woke me up several times.
Plus I feel you charged excessively for parking...twice the amount as the nearby Sylvia Hotel.
These are the reasons I would not reccommend your hotel to anyone."
