One reviewer received conflicting and incorrect information about the hotel amenities from different front desk agents and another guest received his wake-up call at the incorrect time.
Several reviewers described their rooms as small, with one guest describing his room as "cramped". One reviewer said that her room was "dingy" and "not up to the acceptable level of Sandman Hotels", while another guest simply described the decor as "tired".
