"We found out from the manager that the website for this hotel was displaying the pictures for your best suite, but it didn't specify that on the site and gave the impression the place was MUCH more modern and well taken care of than it actually is. The website also made reference to a workout gym and again gave the impression it was onsite, not at the community center down the street. The security on our unit was questionable with the siding on the front door stripping off, making the extra chain lock unusable, and above all the interior of our Executive Suite smelled and looked very funky and old...carpets and bedding materials from long long ago. I am happy to say that the manager reduced our rate and brought the costs more inline with the experience...he was extremely friendly about this."
