This hotel is located 1 block from the Vancouver Lookout landmark (observation tower with a viewing deck 550 feet above ground). This property provides convenient access to waterfront destinations, such as the Vancouver Convention Centre (10-minute walk) and the Vancouver cruise ship terminal (7-minute walk or 3-minute drive).

This property is 100% non-smoking and pets are permitted for an additional fee of $20 per night. All units include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a work desk and chair, an iron and ironing board, free newspapers, a TV with pay-per-view movies, and a coffeemaker. A mini-fridge and a microwave may be requested for an additional fee of $15 per night (for both appliances together). Indoor valet parking is available on site for $25 per night and includes unlimited in-out privileges. No other parking is available on site.
