"this hotel is not clean."
"Building is old and smelly, bathroom is dirty, stains on beddings, room is smelly and uncomfortable. Elevator is terribly slow, very small. But the staff are great and helpful."

"great location, and one of the cheaper hotels on the main strip, although not sure why as it was a great stay; and got a nice free upgrade to a suite. all in all, i would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in vancouver."

"The hotel was clean but the rooms were very small: difficult to even get suitcases into it. Even though it was clean, it smelled of smoke even though it had been specified as a non-smoking room. It was also located in a seedy somewhat rundown part of Vancouver which was right on the fringe of a good part of town. I had reservations for a scond night about a week after the first night there; I cancelled that night after seeing the hotel. I wound definitely not recommend it to anyone."
