"I was going to wirte to you or contact someone personally.
When I looked up a hotel in Metrotown - near to the sky train. YOUR site claimed that it was 3 blocks away - AND IN Metrotown -- that was untrue!! It was 5-6 blcoks away from the sky train and over 1 mile from Metrotown -- and when I asked for a ride to it (as I had just gotten off my foot a walking cast - I had broken my ankle) - I was told none was available for us at that time.
I am expecting you to credit us some of the 2 day's stay for this mis-information and inconvience.
Also, the breakfast was sparce."
