Overview
This hotel is located in the financial district of downtown Vancouver and is connected to the Royal Centre underground shopping mall (retail shopping, drug store, office supply store, professional services and the Burrard SkyTrain station). The harbourfront, Vancouver Convention Centre, and cruise ship terminal are about 3 blocks away (5-minute walk). This property is ideal for both tourists and business travellers who prefer to explore downtown Vancouver on foot.

This property offers 644 guest rooms, including 20 deluxe suites and 108 rooms with balconies. All units have an iHome stereo with iPod dock, a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies, individual climate control, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a safe, and an iron and ironing board. In-room Wi-Fi is available for free. Guests requiring enhanced Wi-Fi can pay an extra $5 per 24 hours. Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available.

Underground self-parking is available on site for an additional fee of $37.95 per night (valet parking is $48.79 per night) with all parking including in-and-out privileges. Parking is valid until 1pm on the checkout date.

While many guests described the staff as efficient, one guest thought that the front desk was understaffed during busy periods.
