"I requested a refund due to the lack of "high speed internet access" which this hotel was advertiesed to have. This hotel was not able to provide me with wireless access due to wireless coverage not being availiable to all parts of the hotel. I checked out and asked for a refund with in 45 minutes, and a refund was refused. - I will never return, nor will I recomend this location to anyone. I will also advise my firm Accenture, not to do business with the Canadian Hotel Guide, or Holiday in Express based on their lack of support with this issue."
