"When completely renovated the best hotel in the area"
"The best thing about the Holiday Inn Broadway in Vancouver is its location. It is close to bus transportation and within a block of the Vancouver General Hospital. Previously I had stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was an excellent accomodation. This time, however, I was in an older room. The television was outdated. But worse than that was a shower that didn't work. The hotel staff are excellent--perhaps the best I've encountered in a hotel."

"Location to Cambie clinic and Gastown good. As hotel was under renovation, the pool was unavailable, and only 1 elevator functioning, but other services made up for it. I would definiteley stay there again. All staff very pleasant and helpful."

"Location for my medical visits"
"Location is excellent for my Medical visits
Service was very good, any problems with bookings and cancellations was taken care right away.
Food was good, and the lounge was very good, you could taste the rum on a rum and coke."

"The waitress at the hotel restaurant (breakfast shift) was terrible. She should use a pad of paper and pen when taking orders to avoid frustrations later on. The heater in the room was VERY noisy (#216). Difficult to sleep when it kept coming on and off. The reception staff were lovely and the room itself was very nice."
