The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay.

Rooms were usually well liked. They were clean and modern and guests enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views of Vancouver.

The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions and public transit.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Guests also liked: using Panini makers to make bacon and eggs in the morning, being close to the hop-on, hop-off bus and having a telescope for viewing the mountains in the distance.

The Bad
Some guests offered a little negative feedback.

Recent room complaints found were: the kitchenette was missing a stove top for cooking, no dining table in one guest room, no daily coffee supplied, no daily housekeeping, bedroom was a little small and awkwardly configured with a large support post, no drawers in one guest's bedroom, bed sagged in the middle, no extractor fan in the bathroom, not enough hot water for showering and a low shower curtain caused splashing to occur.

Noise was a problem on a rare occasion from: the hallway or a neighbouring room.

Other comments found were: the entrance to the vacation property was difficult to locate and no washer and dryer in the unit.
