Most guests found the location convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Reviewers described walking to restaurants, a grocery store, the financial and business districts, and attractions.
Many guests described their rooms as clean and spacious. A couple of reviewers described their rooms as well-appointed with modern and "luxurious" furnishings. A couple of guests specifically mentioned that their beds were comfortable.
Several reviewers noted the large floor-to-ceiling windows in their room that provided pleasant views of the city and the English Bay area. One guest described the view as "stunning".
