This property is ideal for business travellers looking to access nearby business offices on foot or for tourists who prefer to walk to downtown attractions.

This hotel is 100% non-smoking and all units include separate living and bedroom areas, a kitchen with full-sized appliances, a single-cup coffeemaker, a TV and DVD player, a work desk and chair, free Wi-Fi, a balcony or solarium, an iron and ironing board, and a safe deposit box.

Secure underground parking is available on site for an additional fee of $25 per night (includes in-out privileges). Pets are not permitted at this hotel.

On-site amenities include a fitness centre, meeting rooms, concierge service, coin-operated laundry machines, and dry cleaning.
