"We did not stay at the Patricia Hotel nor did we attempt to stop due to the fact that the location was in the middle of the red light and heroin district of the city. The street fronting the hotel was littered with stumbling bums and tweeking addicts. It was an embarassment for myself and guests. We were lucky to find a hostel outside of town. I am forced to take the loss and use this as a lesson since hotel x and world choice travel are not willing to provide any form of refund or compensation. AND I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE TO NOT USE HOTEL X AND WORLD CHOICE TRAVEL."
