"lots of spiders in the room. Woman at desk very rude. Old hotel and you could hear everything outside and next door.Pool and hot tub not working."

"Great value"
"We were upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite....very nice. The restaurant, The Sarak had excellent service and the food was good."

"This is the first hotel I've been at in North America where the office was locked at 8:30 in the morning (no staff on hand) and keys were to be dropped into an unsecured mailbox outside. Shower didn't work properly. No coffee or tea provided with the coffee machine in the room. I had to go ask for some. This is unacceptable for the $100 (hotel fees included) that I paid. I've paid $100 for some more modern, beautifully decorated rooms in other cities. in N.A. "
