lots of spiders in the room

Great value

This is the first hotel I've been at in North America where the office was locked at 8:30 in the morning (no staff on hand) and keys were to be dropped into an unsecured mailbox outside Shower didn't work properly. No coffee or tea provided with the coffee machine in the room. I had to go ask for some. This is unacceptable for the $100 (hotel fees included) that I paid. I've paid $100 for some more modern, beautifully decorated rooms in other cities. in N.A.
