Overview
This resort is located adjacent to the docked Canadian Princess ship, on Ucluelet Harbour. Specializing in guided fishing tours and charters, this property is well suited for a sport fishing vacation.

All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, a TV, a coffeemaker, a desk and an en suite bathroom. This lodge also offers loft rooms that are furnished with four beds. One wheelchair-accessible room is available. 

Free parking is available on site. Pets are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $15 per night, per night.

There are multiple on-site dining options at this property. The Stewart Dining Room serves buffet breakfasts, while the Chart Room Lounge serves alcoholic beverages and provides boxed lunches. The Quarter Deck serves lunch and dinner.

Guided fishing tours are available that depart directly from the resort. Tours take place on a 42-foot or 52-foot cabin cruiser and are professionally staffed. Fishing equipment is provided, including mooching rods with star drag reels and drift fishing lures, and Shimano rods and reels with 8 oz. Salmon Slayer lures. The resort also offers professional cleaning, packaging and refrigerated storage of any caught fish. Private charters, fishing derbies and whale watching excursions are also arranged at this resort.

The town centre area of Ucluelet is a 10-minute walk away and features North Island Cottage, the Ucluelet Aquarium, ferry service to Port Alberni, the Ucluelet Waterdome and the Ucluelet Harbour Marina. The Ucluelet Community Centre is 15 minutes away on foot, while Hyphocus Island is about a 6-minute drive away. A couple of reviewers were not impressed with the fishing excursion they booked with this resort. Both of these reviewers said that there was too much time spent travelling to and from the fishing grounds and not enough time actually fishing, while one guest complained about the boat staff smoking on board.

As mentioned above, several guests were disappointed with the food served at the on-site restaurants. One reviewer thought that the prices were expensive, while another guest found the wait staff slow.
