"This was my second stay at this Sheraton and I was very disappointed in the room. There were horrible stains on the carpet, the room was cold and the shower was difficult to use due to the fact that the handheld shower head did not have a holder on the upper part of the shower, only on the lower part of the shower wall. This would be fine for a handicapped person, but there was no comfortable way to take a shower standing up.
Normally, my stays at Sheraton Inns are comfortable, but this is the second time at this particular hotel that the room was less than acceptable. For the price of the room, I was disappointed."
