The Good
Guests typically liked this hotel and left many positive reviews online. Value for price, cleanliness and the rooms received the highest scores in the reviews sourced for this report.

Guests really enjoyed the space, convenience and cleanliness of their suites which had been recently upgraded with new decor, bedding and carpeting. They found the rooms and beds comfortable and very well appointed.

Many were thrilled over the value as they claimed the prices were the same as a regular hotel room and they were getting a fully-furnished apartment with a separate bedroom, full-size kitchen, plus washer and dryer. The restaurant on site that provided room service was the 'icing on the cake' for convenience.

This hotel's location only added to an already great situation, with easy highway access for business travellers, a good choice of nearby restaurants in walking distance, and even a host of stores to browse and shop while vacationing. Guests who wanted to cook found groceries and a liquor store at the mall.

Guests were also well pleased with the manager and staff who were considered to be kind, friendly, efficient and helpful to guests. Some guests enjoyed the morning muffins and coffee supplied and the free passes to the nearby recreation centre.

The Bad
Although many reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative comments focused on the need for better Wi-Fi. Several guests said that the Wi-Fi kept kicking them off at random times. One guest who had friends staying in the hotel at the same time, claimed there was no Wi-Fi issues in their room which was on a different floor.

Another problem for a few guests was the lack of an AC unit in the bedroom. Some guests found the bedroom area a little difficult to cool, as the air conditioner was in the living room area only.
