"Communication from the front desk was limited and not particularly welcoming. There were no extra pillows (only 2 for one double bed). The carpet was not clean. House keeping did not replace the towels until late in the afternoon on the second day. The bottom sheet was not particularly clean. It was uncomfortable to enter the lobby. No elevator! My teenage daughter was uncomfortable questioned when she went out to the car and returned to our room. Were there any food services?"

"Price was good, only used it for staying overnight though. The location was within 15 minutes of Boundary Bay airport which was my reason for the stay and the reason for choosing this hotel. The bathtub has a more curved bottom than usual and the friction stuff was worn off, nearly fell while showering!"
