"First day I had to have shower curtain replaced because it smells of mildew; it smelled really bad. It's the first thing we smelled when we walked into the room. The coffee pot was not washed from last guest. Bedrooms were not cleaned daily even though I put "Clean the Room" sign at the door. I came back to see the sign turned to "Do Not Disturb." So since coffee packets were not replenished because the room was not cleaned, I had to go downstairs very early to get it myself because the front desk personnel for whatever reason can't bring it upstairs. I had to ask for towels,& iron. Carpets in hallway need to be shampooed. No mouthwash provided. The switch to the shower area is very inconvenienty located. The same goes with the door to the bathroom; someone using the sink has to move out of the way when someone opens the door. The hotel keys kept getting deactivated. My husband had to get his key re-activated 3x & I had mine once. I was in my heels for a party & I had to walk all the way in the hallways & back twice to get the key re-activated. The overall ambiance is nice because of the bright light coming from the glass roof in the pool area. Ms. Ingrid Timms-Springett was great. She was very accomodating & friendly. I would recommend this hotel to someone else only if the afore- mentioned "bad things" about the hotel are corrected. Lastly, it will not hurt if the front desk personnel are more hospitable & courteous. How about saying "Good Morning" or "Good Evening" to guests esp as they walk in through the front door & if they are not very busy with other guests."

"We were dissapointed for starters because they Did Not receive our reservations, so I don't think I would use your on-line service to reserve in the future. For the price we paid they could have had alittle more then just Basic cable, ( we could get that at home). Also there was not even a fridge in the room. At other hotles where we have stayed or that price we at least had a fridge. There was only one large towel , one hand towel, one face cloth in the room. We didn't even have a do not disturb sign. The good thing was the pool and hot tub. They were great. Thanks Sherry Worsley"

"On arrival, my confirmed online registration was missing, but luckily a room was available. Gym facilities are not complimentary, unexpected $5.drop in fee expected! Hair dryer missing, but housekeeping quick and friendly to replace it. Sheets slipped off bed easily. Air conditioner very loud. Housekeeping very slow to pick up dirty room service trays in hallways. Hallways needed cleaning, including windows, and carpet. Towels were rarely available at the pool. Interesting decor and unique rockery around pool and sauna were a hit with the kids."
