The Good
Most reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the rooms, the staff, the location and the pool and restaurant.

Many guests felt the rooms were clean, spacious and modern with comfortable mattresses and pilllows.

The staff were complimented by many guests for being very friendly. Guests noted that staff were often smiling and promptly addressed problems and requests.

Many guests appreciated the hotel's location because it was nearby several shops and restaurants, Pacific Highway and popular event venues like Cloverdale Fairgrounds. Guests also liked that it was a short drive from the hotel to Langley and other Surrey communities.

The pool and restaurant were both commended by many guests. Although there were a couple isolated complaints that the pool was cold, most found it to be clean and enjoyable. Guests mentioned that the restaurant had good food and service.

The Bad
Although most reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative comments focused on noise and the hotel's amenities compared to other Holiday Inn hotels.
