Many guests felt the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Guests noted that the beds were comfortable and that the hotel used good quality linens. Although there were a couple of isolated complaints about noise from other guests, most felt the hotel offered a quiet night's stay.
The staff received many compliments from guests for being professional and friendly. Some felt the staff made for a memorable stay.
Many guests felt the hotel was good value compared to other nearby options. A good selection at the breakfast buffet, a pool area that was considered clean and relaxing and the inclusion of a fridge and microwave in every room were all considered to add to the overall appeal.
The Bad
Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, a few negative comments focused on the lack of restaurants in the nearby area.
Some guests were disappointed that the hotel did not have a restaurant on site. They mentioned that there was only a couple of restaurants on the same block and that most others were a 15-minute walk away. Although the hotel is on a transit bus route, it was suggested by some that having a car would make for a more convenient stay.
