Many guests thought the rooms were clean and spacious with modern decor. Some thought the beds were comfortable and that the hotel used good quality linens. The inclusion of a fridge and microwave in every room was also appreciated by some.
The staff were complimented by many guests for providing friendly, professional service. Guests mentioned that staff were very attentive and promptly addressed any problems or requests.
Many guests enjoyed the hotel's amenities, stating that all areas were clean and well-maintained. Guests mentioned that the buffet breakfast had a good selection of quality food, the guest-operated laundry was very convenient, the pool area was a lot of fun and the fitness centre was well-equipped.
The Bad
Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, a few guests complained of noise.
There were a few isolated complaints of excess noise heard from guests talking in the hallway or in an adjacent room. A couple of guests also noted that they could hear a lot of noise from the busy highway and suggested requesting a room on the back side of the building.
