Many guests described their rooms as clean and a few reviewers thought that their rooms were generally comfortable. A few guests found their rooms well equipped and these guests specifically mentioned the flat screen TVs, mini-fridges and microwaves. A few guests found their rooms to be quiet and several reviewers thought that their beds were comfortable. However a couple of guests had concerns about noise and their beds (see below for more details).
The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and accommodating service. A few guests mentioned that the staff were always smiling and one reviewer said that the customer service was outstanding.

The Bad
There were several concerns or complaints found for this property, among the reviews used for this analysis. However, many of these complaints seemed to result from isolated experiences. There were some common concerns found. A couple of guests were disappointed that this property no longer offered a free breakfast and a couple of reviewers did not enjoy the food at the on-site restaurant.
A few guests complained about noise disturbances and these reviewers described hearing noise from the outside pool, traffic, a neighbouring elevator and the in-room air conditioning unit.
A couple of reviewers complained that their beds were uncomfortable. One guest was upset that the hot tub was not in working order, while another reviewer noticed debris in the outdoor pool.
