Overview
This resort is situated on a secluded beach on Okanagan Lake. Offering condo-style suites with full kitchens, this property is well suited for guests who prefer self-contained accommodations.

This property is 100% smoke free and all suites include a full kitchen, a fireplace, a flat screen TV and DVD player, an iPod dock, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes and a soaker tub. All suites feature separate living room, dining room and bedroom spaces.

Select suites also include a balcony with a view of the lake. Studio and one-bedroom suites are furnished with one queen bed and may include a sofabed. Two-bedroom suites are furnished with one king bed, one sofabed, and either a queen bed or two single beds in the second bedroom. Some two-bedroom suites also include a second bathroom.

Free underground parking (one space per suite) is available on site and pets under 50 lbs are permitted in select suites for an additional fee of $25 per night. There is a maximum allowance of two pets per room.

The adjacent lakefront Local Lounge Grille serves brunch, lunch and dinner daily and has a patio. Dining can also be found on site at the Bistro, serving breakfast, lunch, ice cream, coffee and snacks. It also sells sundries and supplies such as sunscreen. Please note that the Bistro closes briefly between 3 pm and 5 pm daily, and is open evenings until 8 pm. This property has its own liquor store.

The on-site Beyond Wrapture Mind and Body Day Spa offers massage, body treatments and esthetic services. On-site recreational facilities include an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs and a fitness centre. Boat rentals are available for a variety of vessels, including pontoon boats, pedal boats, jet skis, kayaks and canoes. This resort also offers family activities including boat cruises, Lego-building, beach yoga and outdoor movies.

Other on-site amenities include conference/banquet space, grocery delivery service (to be arranged with the Bistro 48 hours in advance) a common BBQ area, a convenience store and guest laundry facilities. The resort offers private beach access.

Access to Highway 97 is 3 minutes away by car. The town centre area, which features the Summerland Arena, shopping, restaurants, the Community Arts Council and the Centre Stage Theatre, is a 5-minute drive away.

The Sumac Ridge Estate Winery and the Glengarry Golf and Country Club are both about 7 minutes away by car. The Summerland Golf and Country Club is a 15-minute drive away, while the Penticton Regional Airport (YYF) is about 20 minutes away by car. (All driving time estimates: Google Maps)
