"1) I had reserved online but when we arrived there was no record of it. It didn't prove to be a problem, but is a little annoying. 2) As the woman at the desk helped us, she constantly complained how hot she was as the air conditioning wasn't working. 3) Nothing special about the Hotel room, but bathroom was very clean at least. And our son had fun in the pool."
