This hotel is situated on the waterfront, adjacent to the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre, an aquarium with kayaking and whale watching. Offering suites with five-piece bathrooms, in-suite kitchens with stainless steel appliances and ocean views, this property is well suited for guests who prefer more luxurious accommodations and extended amenities.

This property is 100% smoke free and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a laptop safe, bathrobes, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a flat screen TV and air conditioning. Select guest rooms include a work desk or a sitting area, while Seaview rooms feature views of the water, a balcony, a reading chair and a dining table. These rooms are furnished with one king bed or two queen beds. 

There are three different suite options available at this hotel. Junior and Studio suites feature one king bed, a five-piece bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and soaker tub, as well as a dining area. Studio suites feature a full kitchen and separate living room, while Junior suites have a kitchenette with microwave, full-size fridge and dishwasher.

Signature Pier Suites feature covered balconies with panoramic ocean views, a private bedroom with a king bed and en-suite five-piece bathroom, a fireplace, a dining table for six, a full kitchen, a queen sofabed and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Select suites may be connected to adjoining guest rooms for more spacious accommodations.

Parking is available on site for $5 per day. Dogs under 25 lbs are permitted and the fee is $50 per stay.

There are multiple on-site dining options at this hotel. Haro's Restaurant and Bar serves lunch and dinner, while Georgia Cafe and Deli serves coffee and light meals. Room service is also available.

Other on-site amenities include a spa and hair salon, a 1,200 square foot fitness centre open 24 hours, a steam room, a gift shop, a resident dog that is available for walks with guests for limited hours, concierge services and meeting/event space. A free airport shuttle is available and operates on demand from May to September, based on availability. Located in the waterfront area, the Fish Market, Port Sidney Marina and Bevan Avenue Fishing Pier are all within a 3-minute walk. There are also many boutique shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of this hotel. The Washington State ferry terminals (Sidney - Anacortes and Sidney - Friday Harbour) are 8 minutes away on foot.
