Overview
This Edwardian-inspired inn is situated in the downtown area and is within a 2-minute walk of shopping and restaurants on Beacon Avenue. Offering only nine rooms and a free gourmet breakfast, this property is well suited for guests who prefer B&B-style accommodations.

This property is 100% smoke free and all rooms include an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub or soaker tub, a glass walk-in shower, bathrobes, a hair dryer, a fireplace (in all but one room), a flat screen TV, a CD player and air conditioning. Rooms are furnished with one queen feather bed and select rooms also include a hide-a-bed or a roll-away bed. One suite is also available, which includes a kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker and toaster) and a DVD player with a selection of movies. 

Free off-street parking is available on site and pets are not permitted. This hotel has three floors and no elevator.

A set breakfast menu is served twice daily at 8 am and 9:15 am. Staff should be notified ahead of any dietary restrictions or special needs.

Other on-site amenities include a guest fridge and beverage station in the breakfast room, a guest lounge with a fireplace, ethernet connection and a laptop available for guests to use. Complimentary sherry is served in the lounge in the evenings between 5 pm and 7 pm.

The Shaw Discovery Centre (aquarium), the Fish Market, the Port Sidney Marina, the Bevan Avenue Fishing Pier and the Washington State ferry terminals (Sidney - Anacortes and Sidney - Friday Harbour) are all within a 6-minute walk. The Victoria International Airport (YYJ), B.C. Ferry Terminal, and the Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club are both about a 10-minute drive away, while the Butchart Gardens attraction is 20 minutes away by car.
