The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms, and location.

Most guests were pleased with the staff, characterizing them as prompt, friendly, and "extremely helpful". One guest mentioned the staff were "willing to take the time to make sure our stay was comfortable," and the conference staff were also singled out as being attentive and efficient.

Several reviewers complimented their rooms at this hotel, describing them as very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and bedding and Keurig coffeemakers. It was also mentioned that the corner rooms have a small patio with a nice view of airplanes landing.

The location of the hotel was praised by many lodgers, who were pleased with its proximity to the airport and the SkyTrain Station (two blocks away). These guests found the hotel to be centrally located, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Additional compliments included the on-site restaurant's food (described as delicious), the complimentary airport shuttle, and the in-lobby airline check-in kiosk.

The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about the Wi-Fi signal, added charges, and noise transfer.

Some guests were frustrated with the Wi-Fi service at this hotel. They found the signal to be intermittent and weak. One reviewer said, "We could rarely connect in our room; loading times for a web page could be 30 minutes or more." Guests said that upon reporting the problem to the hotel's staff, the issue was not fixed for any significant period of time.

The additional fees for internet ($16.95 per day) and self-parking ($17.61 after taxes) were a source of disappointment for some reviewers. They felt these charges should have been absorbed into the cost of their rooms.

A few lodgers experienced problems with noise transfer. They described being bothered by traffic noise (in rooms facing the street) and elevator noise (in rooms close to the elevator). It should be mentioned, however, that most guests found the hotel to be quiet, with no airplane noise.
