"Nice place to stay"
"In spite of a BC Hydro power failure (no fault of the hotel), the staff at this hotel made my stay a very good one.
I alwayz have a recommendation for a small improvement and in this case, a hand-held telephone shower would be greatly appreciated."

"The location was perfect,but the rooms were not clean,there was lots of hair in the shower and on the floor,the shower was leaking,the fridge didn't work"

"We loved having the shuttle to River Rock. The location was ideal for us and when we wanted a coffee and the restaurant was closed we found a Tim Hortons so close and Costco too. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would come back. The McNeills"

"An Easter visit with grandson."
"The room was very quiet. This is an older apartment building but has been made into a comfortable hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice. The room was a little tight with two queen beds but the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone traveling by air or car. It is easy to find and near to the Casino."

"Good value and comfortable accommodations"
"The room was quite comfortable (in this case, for three adults), but was a bit tight getting in and out the door because of the unusual layout (bathroom door right in front of the hallway door). Service was very good, and the proximity to the airport and main arteries to Vancouver was excellent."

"Convenient and comfortable!"
"A great hotel for a stopover. Service was friendly and helpful. I always stay there when flying out of or into Vancouver. Bus shuttle is very convenient and on time."

"The hotel was ok and the rooms were clean, but I have stayed at other hotels in the Richmond area that were better priced and had more to offer, ie: fitness room, bigger swimming pools, water slide, and nicer on-site restaurant."

"the 5th floor was absolutly gross, stunk real bad, room leaked at window right to the bed, room stunk very bad, shower sucked,hot tub was gross needed good cleaning, would not stay again, very disappointing!!!!"

"There was a noticable smell in our room that dissipated as we ran the air conditioner. The smell remained STRONG in the hallway all weekend -- Cross between body odor and burned oriental food. I would have requested a room change had it not cleared from our room by using the air conditioner."

"Ask at the hotel desk for very clear directions from the rental car area of the Vancouver airport to the hotel. The Pantry Restaurant at the hotel is very handy and comfortable for the family. All employees are helpful and honest. Bring a Costco card. There is a Costco one block away."
