The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them, including added fees and a lack of printer in the business centre.

Some guests were disappointed by the extra fees charged during their stay. They mentioned the $10.95 daily charge for Wi-Fi, the $17.62 parking fee and also that the bottled water in the rooms was not complimentary. These guests felt these services and amenities should have been included in the price of their rooms.

A couple guests had complaints that the business centre didn't provide a printer. They felt this was an important service at an airport hotel in order to print out boarding passes.

"Beds and linens a bonus."

"We thought the Sheraton Hotel would be a perfect place to unwind and relax after several busy and very stressful weeks. We came to Richmond for two days of shopping but the hotel beds and linens proved to be the 'icing on the cake' for a most enjoyable retreat."

"I ordered a king size bed, but instead got 2 double size beds. That was disapointing. Also I ordered a movie and it was so fussy, I could hardly see anything. But I got refunded."
