"We thought the Sheraton Hotel would be a perfect place to unwind and relax after several busy and very stressful weeks. We came to Richmond for two days of shopping but the hotel beds and linens proved to be the 'icing on the cake' for a most enjoyable retreat."

"I ordered a king size bed, but instead got 2 double size beds. That was disapointing. Also I ordered a movie and it was so fussy, I could hardly see anything. But I got refunded."
