"excellent hotel but needs better air conditioning for the few days that it is needed. We had a loft room and the bedroom got pretty warm."

"Took way to long for my reservation to be found when checking in.
Front desk clerk spent more time talking with restaurant staff when
i Was checking out in the morning. Front desk clerk was rude when calling up to my room when there was a problem with me charging my breakfast to my room."

"Although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, the quilt smelt of stale smoke and the smell of pot was quite strong in the hallway."
