"Would recommend but with a small warning..."
"I received a great rate for this hotel and it was better then many of the hotels I've paid a lot of money to stay at. It was clean and the pool/waterslide were good. The rooms were nice and updated. My only problem was that they put us in the Columbus Tower on the 10th floor which is above the bar. The bass from the music pounded through the walls, the fights and screaming throughout the night were horrendous! We called at 12:30 to move rooms but all they offered was a floor higher or lower. Not much point in moving if we are stuck in the same building. The noise continued until 2:30am. The manager gave us 20% off at check out. Better then nothing! I would still recommend this hotel but would suggest asking for any part of the hotel that is not above the bar, unless you don't mind the noise."

"We need to wait on line 15 mins for check in when we arrived the hotel. After we got the key, we gone up to the room ASAP because we were in hurry. Then, we found out the keys wern't work. We went down to the front desk wait another 10 mins for exchange the room key. Then, up to the room again. Oh, we got the wrong keys again. We found out there was a phone on the hall way, and we try to call see if someone can bring us the key but the phone wasn't working. We need to went down again. When we stand on the line again, there was a man got the same problem. After we told the front desk we got the wrong keys again, they just gave us a new one again and sure is the right one. After that, we went up again. Guese what, not working still. But this time there was a worker open the door for us with his master key. After we got in the room, we call the front desk told them about the wrong keys; they said they will sent someone up. We wait in the room about 10 mins for that person show up. It total spend our 1 hour for check in. This wasn't the end. I call the front desk for tooth brush because I forgot to bring it. Them said they were out. How can a signature hotel out of this simple thing. This was my worse time stay at a hotel ever."
