Overview
This full-service hotel offers quick access to the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), a 7-minute drive away with free airport shuttle. It's only a 3-minute walk to the SkyTrain, which makes it popular with guests wanting to access downtown Vancouver by public transit, with only 26 minutes of travel time to the city centre.

This smoke-free and pet-free hotel has 200 guest rooms. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 32" HDTV, a coffeemaker, a desk with ergonomic chair, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Room extras include views of Fraser River and mountains, a sofabed, a separate bedroom, a second TV, a wet bar, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a living room, a dining area for 4, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent. Accessible rooms are available.

Free parking is available on site. A free 24-hour airport shuttle is offered on demand coming from the airport. Guests will find a courtesy phone one level down from the baggage pick-up area to call the Radisson hotel shuttle. When leaving for the airport, the shuttle leaves on the hour, but may at times be able to adjust to a guest's schedule for departure.

On-site dining is available at Fresh Restaurant & Lounge, which is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is also available.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness centre, a 24-hour business centre, a gift shop, and meeting rooms. 

The Fraser River's waterfront can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls and plazas which offer groceries, restaurants and shops.

The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stays at this hotel. They found it a quiet and well-managed facility which was handy to the airport, and even downtown for public transit users. 

Guests liked their rooms and said they were clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. 

The staff were courteous and helpful and some found them professional and knowledgeable. They helped guests find their way to the ferry by public transit and cheered up guests who were "having a bad day".

Many guests enjoyed meals at the restaurant on site and were pleased to be offered a 25% discount. Some said it had great choice at a reasonable price, a good value breakfast buffet, and one very pleased guest, with gluten intolerance, found the staff helpful in accommodating his special requests.

The free airport shuttle added convenience and value to many guests' stays. Guests said the drivers were professional, friendly and provided prompt and efficient service.

Reviewers online really liked this location for accessing downtown Vancouver. To these guests it was a gem for value, out of the noisy and more expensive downtown core, but a quick SkyTrain ride there with no battling Vancouver traffic or extra charges for parking. Several guests enjoyed exploring the area's shopping and Asian malls.

Other positives for guests were reliable Wi-Fi, a great fitness room, free parking and a beautiful pool area.

The Bad
There were some guests who were not perfectly pleased with their stay. 

These usually had difficulty adjusting the Sleep Number beds, found their rooms a little too warm with the AC not able to keep up to their satisfaction, or they noticed areas that needed better cleaning (spots on carpet or pillow cases).

A couple of guests also noticed areas in their rooms that needed maintenance touch-ups (broken toilet paper holder, dresser).

Guests who stayed on the top floor usually complained about the cumbersome elevator service (having to locate and switch to another elevator, wait for it, and hold down the button for the entire time).

The odd reviewer found parking tight or not enough, or was dissatisfied with the food and service at the restaurant during their stay.
