"Very good small hotel in Richmond."
"Restaurant keeps odd hours......although there are others close. We have stayed here a number of times because it is a very good value and close to the airport with shuttle service. Staff always friendly and helpful."

"This is an awesome hotel for the price! This is our second time staying there and we will definitely choose this one again when we need to rest our head before heading to the airport. The breakfast is perfect and what a lovely lady Lucille is! See you in November!"

"This hotel was clean and fairly close to everything. However when I booked the agent said it came with a continental breakfast, but they only had toast and coffer or tea. Not what I call a continental breakfast, very disappointed. The only other thing is the lady at the front desk was quite grumpy."

"Breakfast could be expanded to include perked or dripped decaf coffee, fresh fruit, and more than toast!
Looks newly rennovated since the last time I was there which is nice.....but the toilet paper holders were the old ones and needed to be replaced with the rest of the materials
Night person was difficult to understand on the phone from airport, and tended to basics once I arrived....could have been a little friendlier.
All in all its where I perfer to stay because of location and price."

"The check in time was 3:00 which semms a bit late in the day if you are just coming in to town.The gym was in poor shape and the hot tub
was empty.Also the bottle opener in the room 113 was upsidedown making it impossible to use"

"Too much noise.Didn,t get a good nights sleep because of traffic noise,also not very good insulation between rooms as a lot of noise from adjoining rooms such as flushing toilets and shower noise and people walking around,resounds through the walls."

"the continental breakfast was not good at all. People should be able to have as much as they want of it and it should be all laid out on a separate table. When I asked the waitress if I could have the muffin and toast, she said "No, only choose one". I never heard of such a rediculous thing before as all B & B Inns and hotels that I have been to have a buffet style continental or hot breakfast and one should be able to help yourself to whatever and how much. Also, the chinese waitress took ages to come and serve us.We were not impressed at all."

"Although I arrived at midnight.. the hotel staff went out of the way to privide great room. They even provided a large breakfast in the morning to boot!
They were able to quickly dispatch a taxi to take me to my cruise ship and we very effecient in check-out.
First rate business hotel."

"Although the staff was friendly and accommodating this was one of the worst hotel experiences in a long time. This was due to the degree of street noise and other guest noise.
I was very physically busy while I was there and all I needed was a quite room to sleep in."
