The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and shuttle service.
Most guests had very good things to say about the staff at this hotel. They were characterized as friendly, pleasant and helpful, with excellent customer service and genuine smiles. One guest stated that "check-in was effortless".
Several reviewers were pleased with their rooms and described them as clean and nicely decorated, with updated decor and comfortable beds. These guests also felt the rooms were "surprisingly quiet" given the close proximity to the airport.
The complimentary 24-hour shuttle service was praised by many of the lodgers at this hotel. They mentioned it ran frequently, and that they didn't have to go through the trouble to book it in advance. The shuttle driver was also complimented by some, who said he was "very in tune with people's needs."
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them, including the price and the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Some guests felt the prices at the hotel were inflated. These guests felt the accommodations they received were not worth what they paid, namely because of the additional cost of parking ($14 per night), the food prices at the on-site restaurants, and the lack of a free breakfast.
At the time of this review (Oct. 2012), the guest rooms do not offer free Wi-Fi, and some reviewers found this to be inconvenient and outdated. It should be noted, however, that the rooms do include free wired Internet.
