"Because I come from a background of many years in the maintenence field - I notice things others may not. There were a couple of maintenance items in our room and in the hallway to our room that needed attention.
A bathroom sink that was very slow to drain, a toilet bowl that didn't fill sufficiently (the tube was missing in the tank) and a couple of hallway electrical receptacles that had no covers.
These are minor items with the slow sink the only inconvenience,"

"We originally made our reservation for this hotel online. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff were unable to find our reservation, they said they had no record of our reservation. After much frustration they decided to give me the last room they had available for the same rate I had booked it on the internet. This room was extremely poor without any air conditioning and without any windows. This night was extremely uncomfortable, and after making complaints to front desk and management that this matter was unacceptable they simply avoided our calls and told us "if you don't want to stay here, there is availability at the Travelodge". Our stay was extremely dissapointing, and I refuse to stay in this establishment again. So much for your 100% satisfaction guarantee."
