"On the whole, Comfort Inn is a nice hotel"
"I had few days out of town, the hotel staff can take care of my baggages very well. Also, the room is big enough for two persons. I like the hotel location very much, it is close to the airport."

"The bus shuttle service was excellent and nearness to the airport
terminal.
The foot paths leading to the bridge required contruction.
Installing a cappuccino machine in the cafe would be ideal for the
customers."

"Hotel is old and bit smelly, I understand it will be replaced shortly. Man at desk (Justin?) was very personable and helpful.
The hotel's restuarant served a really excellent breakfast! Great cook! However restaurant manager (middle aged East Indian ethnic background) was quite irritable and rude to some members of our group."

"Comfort Inn Richmond is a terrible hotel. The clerk at the check in counter is dishonest. I booked a standard room with $80, he wanted to charge me $95 for a suite and claimed that $80 is USD.
The suite is terrible, as there is no window to the outside. An ugly pipe is used to pump in air. We switched to the standard room finally. The room is dark and generates scary feeling. My friend and I could not fall in sleep at night. We suspect that something terrible happened in the room before.
Anyway, the experience is very unpleasant. I will not stay in that inn in the future."

"The curtain, ahhhhhhhhh! It was cut short where the window air conditioner was, and so the room was blindly bright at 6 in the morning!!!Cannot sleep at all...miserable for a Sunday morning!"
