"First night the room was fine but a week later when I stayed again, my room was very noisy, traffic and wind, and drafty, it was like there was a window left open which I checked and it was closed. Nice continental breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Handy location to airport and has a shuttle to airport."

"a pleasant experience"
"pick-up at airport was great, driver was courtious and helpfull, room was great ,bathroom was excellent, the buffet breakfast was a very nice surprise,a great start for the day. the desk clerk was very pleasant, there was nothing that i did not enjoy, we have stayed before and we will return."

"A Gem of a Bargain for your Visit to Vancouver."
"The rooms were clean, comfortable and large, and quiet. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The location is close and convenient to the Canada line train into Vancouver City. The restaurant was very good, both for dinner and the extremely generous free breakfast. The breakfast was MUCH more than I expected. The only thing I think that needs improving, is the lighting in the room. I found it difficult to read in for my 69 year old eyes. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends."

"Would recommend hotel to others."
"Enjoyed the stay, beds were comfortable. A little bit more housekeeping would have given a higher rating. (cobweb in the corner by the water sprinkler, and some mold in a few areas on the grout of the tub area). We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Over all, I consider our stay good."

the location of it's hotel from the tear-out map from the hotel is wrong. The hotel locates the East instead of West of Great Canadian Way.
Wi-fi is great
continental breakfast has more than the basic continental."

"The rooms are VERY clean - the beds are exceedingly comfortable with high quality mattresses and bedding. The bathrooms are immaculate and the housekeeping staff are very detail oriented. The cleanliness of the rooms rivals some "high class" hotels that I have stayed in previously. The decor is "themed" and the "tudor" style look of the hotel adds character, but creates a sense of "age" that is not altogether great for "curb appeal" - but it is certainly not an indication that the property has not been taken care of. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant within the hotel benefits from the attentive and professional staff, who are knowledgeable regarding the well rounded menu. The decor within the restaurant is a little dated, but there are no deficiencies whatsoever in the service or the quality. The parking lot is adequate for the property and the hotel is easy to locate. A large number of guests are "mainlanding" for an evening from cruises that are docking in the port for an overnight stay; there is never any shortage of folks to talk to in the lobby before breakfast!"

"I went in for breakfast when the restaurant opened at 6:30 AM. I asked for decaf coffee and the waitress said she was brewing it. When she came back 10 minutes later with my juice I again asked for coffee and she said in a rude voice "I told you I am brewing it". When she did bring me my coffee she banged it down on the table. I mentioned this rude behavior to the man at the front desk.
This rude behavior spoiled my stay at your hotel."

"Ony had the one night in Vancouver before returning to Australia which is a long weary flight - we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to the airport, had a free airport shuttle, and was very comfortable. We needed a good night's sleep and the room was just great and the bed very comfortable. We made good use of the lounge bar, great atmosphere and lovely food - the staff were very hospitable - we'd recommend the hotel to anyone."
