"We arrived late to check in due to unscheduled highway closures. The hotel was full and the room we booked was gone however our reservation remained secure and our room was upgraded at no extra charge. The clerk was polite and knowledgeable and so helpful recognizing we were exhausted. The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were so comfortable. The the pool was clean and exactly what we needed to wind down from the unexpectedly long day. We will always choose the hotel in the future and highly recommend it to others."

"Excellent hotel, and great pool and kingsize bed. The entire town was sparkling and trendy. Staff at hotel were great. Looking forward to my next stay in Revelstoke and the sandman."

"Booked on line given a room still being cleaned - large party of snow- mobiler's that commondered the pool and hot tub felt very intimidated - all drinking beer and alcohol contary to posted notices - no security - in the morning the corridors stank of beer and marijuana - other than that the staff at ajoining Dennys resturant were very friendly and the dinner good."

"Air conditioner barely worked, and was so loud I had to turn it off. Front desk staff were non-existent. Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Lethbridge the next night for less money and ten times the hotel. Will avoid all Sandman Inn's where possible."

"Our stay was short - we arrived after a long drive from Vancouver at 11:30p.m. There was nobody on staff! We had to check in via the Denny's restaurant. When we arrived at our room there was an inch of water on the bathroom floor and we phoned 'front desk' and again, it was the Denny's. Nobody came to help us. We ended up mopping it up with towels and then when we told the front desk clerk about our experience the next morning, her care and concern was non-existent. In fact, all she cared about was whether or not we knew what was leaking so she could tell maintenance. Hotel was clean but customer service left a lot to be desired. Go for the Super 8!!"
