The Bad
There was some negative feedback provided online for this hotel, in the reviews sourced for this editorial.

Although there were virtually no complaints about uncleanliness or non-working amenities, occasionally reviewers judged the hotel to be somewhat dated in appearance.

Noise was an issue for some who cited the north side rooms being affected by noisy logging trucks, sound transferring from the hallways, and a couple of noisy AC units.

Although many enjoyed the larger flat screen TVs, a few reviewers complained of no pay-per-view movies supplied with the cable.

A few guests had trouble getting an appointment at the day spa due to a shortage of workers.

Likely the most troubling complaint was from guests who found the food or service poor at the restaurant, although this did not seem to happen too often. There was also the occasional complaint of high restaurant prices.

A few guests also complained of no free breakfast included in the room rate, as well as expensive room rates for the hotel's quality and star level.
