Many guests felt the rooms were clean, spacious and well-appointed with a fridge and balcony in some rooms. However, some said the bathrooms were dirty (see below for more details).
The staff were complimented by many guests for being friendly and accommodating. That being said, there were several complaints about communication problems and rude customer service when dealing with certain staff members (see below for more details).
Although a few guests complained that the breakfast food was stale and limited in quantity, many guests felt that the continental breakfast was filling and had a good selection including hot items. Overall, guests felt that the complimentary breakfast added value to their stay.

Many guests expected the hotel to be of better quality, a few stating that the marketing photographs did not match the actual state of the rooms. Guests complained of dirty bathrooms, loud and ineffective air conditioning units, cigarette odours and dark rooms. Overall, guests felt the hotel was not very well-maintained and that the both the housekeeping and customer service could have been better.
