"The Pacific Inn is an excellent value. We arrived late at night after a full day on the Port Hardy - Prince Rupert ferry and were processed quickly and efficiently into our room. They were accomodating about keeping our car in their secured parking garage until our return from the Skeena train trip when we spent another night. Great place!"

"We chose the hotel as it was fairly close to the port of BC ferries.
The direction signs were poor, we got lost.
The service at the reception was slow and not friendly.
