"The room itself was good as were the hotel staff the problem occurred in the restaurant part when we had breakfast - there was lipstick on our glass !!! Totally unacceptable, and the waitress did not attend to us we had to get our own condiments from other table and she forgot part of our order The condiments we did receive from her were stale -"
