This hotel is located in downtown Prince George and is ideal for business travellers who need to access nearby offices or guests who are looking to explore the downtown area on foot. This hotel also caters to guests looking for a full-service property and provides the following services on site: spa, hair salon, tanning salon, clothing boutique, gift shop, and flower shop.

All 155 rooms and suites are smoke-free and include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies and video games, a coffeemaker, free newspapers, an iron and an ironing board, free local calls, and a work desk. Rooms are configured with 2 double beds, 1 king bed, or 1 queen bed. 

Suites at this property are larger than the standard rooms and, in addition to the standard amenities, include bathrobes, a bar fridge, and a sofabed. Select suites also include some of the following features: a private balcony, an electronic putting green, a 42" flat-screen TV with surround sound, and a lazy boy chair. Positive reviews for this hotel greatly outnumbered negative reviews, among the reviews used for this analysis.

Many guests described their rooms as clean. Several guests thought that their rooms were spacious and several other reviewers said that their beds were comfortable.

The staff were frequently complimented and guests described the staff as friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable about the local area, efficient, and responsive to guest concerns.

Several guests who were travelling with children found the indoor pool to be a value-added feature.

A few reviewers praised the food at the on-site restaurants.

A couple of guests found the location convenient for accessing downtown restaurants on foot and one reviewer found the hotel easy to find.

A couple of reviewers found the rates for pets ($10 per night) to be reasonable.

The Bad
As mentioned above, positive reviews for this hotel greatly outnumbered negative reviews, among the reviews sourced for this analysis. There were very few complaints found and only one common concern. A few guests thought that the in-room decor and furnishings were dated and in need of upgrades.

Other isolated complaints included: fitness centre was sparsely equipped, no free breakfast included in the room rate, slow elevator, expensive menu at the on-site restaurants, poor food from room service, and uncomfortable pillows.

"Treadmill key is kept at front desk causing additional stops to pick up key and return. Unfriendly front desk personnel. There are charges for everything. You can not even get a complimentary cup of coffee in lobby. Restaurant service poor to average."
