The hotel features a 2-acre courtyard and seasonal outdoor pool, it is also a 5-minute walk from the River Channel and a 5-minute drive from Okanagan Lake. These features may appeal to those wanting an easy access hotel with outdoor recreation on-site and nearby. The close proximity to South Okanagan Events Centre and Penticton Trade and Convention Centre (both a 5-minute walk away) may also make it a good choice for those attending events at either of those venues.

This 100% non-smoking hotel offers 125 rooms over four floors. The Good
The majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the rooms, the staff and the amenities.

Many guests felt that the rooms were spacious and well-appointed with nice decor, a fridge, a balcony, quality linens and comfortable beds. Those who had rooms with a jetted tub, fireplace and robes really enjoyed the added amenities. Although there were some complaints about poor housekeeping, several guests mentioned that the rooms were clean.

The staff were complimented by many guests for providing friendly, efficient service. A few guests also noted that the staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make for a pleasant stay.

The on-site restaurants and outdoor area was a highlight for many guests. The restaurants were described as having great food and service and the pool and courtyard were said to be well-kept and very inviting.

Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, some complaints focused on noisy fans and poor housekeeping.

Some guests thought that the heater and/or bathroom fans in their rooms were noisy, so much so that they were inclined not to use them.

Some guests felt that the daily housekeeping was not very thorough, leaving dirty towels unchanged and not sweeping or wiping down surfaces. Several also noted that areas under furniture, behind doors and in the bathroom were not very clean upon check-in.
