"My husband and I were at the hotel for a couple days away from the busyness of work, etc. and I found it very clean...(which is VERY important to me) The restaurant was great and the girls at the front desk went beyond the call of duty - one found my glasses (worth about $400) in the grass - and called my room. They couldn't have been better. I did feel that our room for its price approx $200 with taxes needed a bit of repair - trim coming off on jacuzzi, wallpaper in bathroom coming down in quite a few places - The room service was great also."

"Had some snags with the booking process. Was double booked and took several emails to be assurred I would not be charged a cancellation fee on the double booking. I will see when I get my credit card bill. I realize mistakes happen, but have to admit that part was very frustrating. The stay itself was great. Pentiction is not very big so everything is within a 10 - 15 min drive. The venue we were attending was a five- ten minute walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again, but will probably book directly through the Hotel."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We have 2 dogs and it is important to us to feel they are welcome. We had a great time both times we stayed and there is a wonderful dog beach near the hotel called Sun-Oka and walking trails all around the hotel so it's great when one wants to travel with their pets. We plan on going again next year"
