"Paid full rate, 118.00 + taxes per day for a kitchenette that was well appointed. Had everything that you would need. Bedroom very small with queen bed and tv. Had two night tables with drawers that were unusable because of their size, next to bed. Drawers faced into bed. Carpet in main living area was filthy. Heavily stained. Tv in this area as well. Last day before check out I received a dirty, stained face cloth. I mentiond and showed this to the front desk gal (Kelly, Employee of the Month, according to her name tag)as well I mentiond the carpet stains, when checking out. Her comment was, quote "someone dropped the ball here" unquote. Her concern over the face cloth when I showed her was "what the stain was", "not how or why it ended up in my bathroom for use." No apoligy offered from her. Just, "I'll leave this here for housekeeping to look at" and
"here's your invoice." Bathroom tile in shower/tub area needed to be re caulked. Heavily mildewed in tile corners and along the ceiling. Mouldings needed to be painted around base board floor area, this made the room to appear dirty. The room needed a little TLC."
