This hotel is smoke free and all 60 rooms and suites include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 27" TV, a coffeemaker with Starbucks coffee, a mini-fridge, a work desk, an iron and ironing board, and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds, 1 queen and 1 twin, or 1 king bed. Room extras include a sofabed, a full kitchen, windows that open, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. Accessible rooms are available.
Free parking is available on site. Pets are welcomed for $10 per night, per pet (maximum of two pets per room).

Many guests described very pleasant experiences at this hotel, in the reviews read for this report. Reviewers were most happy with the indoor pool and waterslide, the friendly service of the staff and having direct access to a clean, soft, sandy beach with beautiful views.
The staff were well liked for their accommodating service. Guests found them efficient, thoughtful and caring. They kept the rooms very clean, and the front desk staff provided helpful information regarding area destinations and dining options nearby.
Many guests liked having beach access and a few reviewers, who were travelling with children, mentioned that the lake was warm, shallow and safe. Guests liked to enjoy meals on the deck and take in what one guest called "a million-dollar view". Guests described the location as being central, within walking distance of most of the town and near to good restaurants.
Guests conveyed that their rooms were clean, with crisp bedding and well-equipped. A few guests said that they had amazing views of the lake from both sides of the hotel, although it was recommended to stay on the side that does not overlook the highway as well. Kitchenettes were a definite plus, along with space.
The indoor pool, waterslide and hot tub were greatly enjoyed, especially by the children of younger families. The pool and waterslide had the ability to save the trip, if the weather was not great outside.
Breakfast received its fair share of compliments. Guests appreciated the selection and quality of this free amenity. It again was of particular help to families with younger children.
Although most guests seemed to have really enjoyed this hotel, there were some complaints in the reviews read online for this report.
A couple of reviewers thought that the free breakfast could have used more options.
A few guests were disturbed by noise. Areas cited were: hockey players running in the halls, late-night trucks passing by on the highway adjacent, neighbours in a nearby room, guests enjoying themselves on the beach patio in the wee hours.
The odd guest reported some areas or rooms of the hotel that appeared dated to them including the pool and hot tub.
