Enjoyable stay.

You need an outdoor pool

Great swimming pool - temperature was comfortable and relaxing landscape murals on the walls of the pool room were excellent Adjoining restaurant provided friendly service and the food was good and reasonably priced. Good buffet breakfast.

Overall our room was clean and ok where we had the chambermaid walk into our room to collect all of our towels. We had a do not disturb sign on the door. That seemed a bit invasive, we got the feeling that there must have been a shortage of towels in the hotel as the chambermaid appeared desperate to get them. Perhaps knocking on the door, would have been a better option. There is a sign on the door of the pool that mentions a slide, maybe that could be updated as there was no slide. The kids brought this to our attention. I appreciated the guest internet service to check e-mails and the laundry facilities. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend your hotel to other families.

The room we had was old and outdated time, but the next day when the children went to the program, they did not have enough supplies, the person who was supposed to be in charge kept leaving the children, and there was only one person one day with 22 children, and two persons with 26 children another day. There was no supervision for the complete program, and they sent the children away at the end of the program, before the parents had a chance to get them. After the second day, we refused to allow the children to attend as did other parents. The front desk people were very unorganized, couldn't respond to many of the questions asked them and were very slow when it came to checkout. Lawn chairs and lounge chairs outside were broken and the beach area very small. All in all, I would never stay there again, and definitely will tell anyone that goes to Osoyoos to stay away from this place.
