"We booked a room for 3 people (Husband and wife and mother in law). We only required the two queen beds but an extra fold-away bed was provided. We did not use this but were initially charged for it. After discussion the proprietor agreed to refund the extra charge but implied that our instruction re number of occupants was not clear. We did not ask for an extra bed the hotel made the assumption we needed it. As the bed had been made up and provided in the room they tried to charge us for it. Whilst the outcome was satisfactory without persistence I feel we may have been charged - there was a reluctance to refund us initially."
